# How to stake pool

Staking in pools lets you earn UFX  tokens while you sleep!

It's simpler than farming with United Farmers X yield farms because unlike the farms, you only need to stake one token to start earning: UFX or UFGRAIN

## **Getting started with Pool staking** <a href="#getting-started-with-syrup-pool-staking" id="getting-started-with-syrup-pool-staking"></a>

1. Before we can stake LP tokens we need to approve the pool we want to stake in. So now we have to press the button "Approve" to get access to the UFX pool. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the actio&#x6E;**.**

2\. After a short wait, the Approve button will change to Deposit. Click it and a pop-up will appear.

3\. In the pop up you can stake your UFX tokens. Press the button "Max" to add maximum UFX tokens or you can fill in the manual how many UFX tokens you want to stake. After that you press the button "Confirm", and your wallet will ask you to confirm the actio&#x6E;**.**

4\. After a short wait, the window will close, and you will see your new staked UFX Token balance in the details.
